A couple easy recipes using oats with Amy.
Overnight Oats (for 2)
*Mason Jars or Tupperware Container
*Oats - 1/2 cup (Rolled Oats preffered)
*Chia Seeds - 1 tablespoon
*Cinnamon - to taste
*Golden Raisins - 1 tablespoon (optional)
*Agave - 1 tablespoon, to taste
*Nut Milk - 1 Cup
*approximate Measurements
Oatmeal Balls
*Oats - 1 Cup (Rolled Oats preferred)
*Nut Butter - 1/4 Cup (Almond Butter, Peanut Butter)
*Agave - 1/4 Cut (other sweetners: Honey)
*Semi Sweet Chocolate Chips - scant 1/4 cup (can use Carob, Dark Chocolate)
*Cinnamon - to taste (optional)
*Flaxseed - 1/2 tablespoon
